Tis the season for a fresh start. Have you made your goals yet? This year I'm taking my goals in 90 days at a time - Better focus in smaller time frames!
New Year Resolutions...Simplified.
So easy to make a goal and then just get totally overwhelmed by it..or you just don't know where to start! And it's hard to ask for help. If you are like me you just want to do it all yourself...but take it from me. It's OK to ask for help. You are human my friend. You can have all the resources in the world, but if you don't know how to use them and simply DON'T use them... you will not be successful!
I found this idea online and modified it to make it my own- It breaks down resolutions by having you fill in the blank! Kinda fun right? I challenge you to do your own also.
This year I will ...
Quit comparing myself to others and just do ME.
Visit Punta Cana for a free coaching trip with B and go visit friends more often (at least one a month!)
Accept the fact that the only thing in life that is guaranteed is change. You can't change circumstances, just the way you react to them.
Honor God more than ever.
Make more time to relax and chill out
See - better. I seriously need to schedule an eye exam and get new glasses. (no excuses)
Learn how to grow my business by focusing on my blog and email system.
Give back most to those that invest and in me.
Eat what feels good
Have more fun
Be patient. With myself mostly
Act with grace in all that I do
Grow a garden. Seriously mine last year flopped!
Invest in you. I want to serve YOU better. Show you value.
