Gosh I love baking... if you can't tell already! And I'll find any "excuse" to bring treats to work! I'm all about treats on Halloween - I know I'm all about being healthy but to me that IS healthy! Moderation and treat yourself right?
Well you know since I'm a nerd and all I thought it would be fun to google an ingredient on the back of my Shakeology and do a little education for myself... and you too! You have probably seen me post my shakes and smoothie bowls or even talk about how Shakeology has helped me lower my cholesterol - but I want to keep LEARNING about the ingredients. Because honestly I LOVE salads, but they have not been sitting with me well and I'm finding it's been harder to get in my greens and nutrients. But this is such an easy way to get them in when it tastes like ice cream ... and you can't exactly find MACA here in North Dakota (unless you purchase the powder of course...) but I already got it! So .. why should you care about Maca and WTF is it?
Maybe you know me ... maybe you have followed me for awhile ... or maybe you have NO idea who I am and just happened to stumble across my blog. Well - after about two years of having an official blog it's time for a fresh start. and it's time for me to introduce myself and tell you more about ME!

I'll never claim to be the healthiest .. I mean I guess it's how you define "healthy." To me healthy is moderation and not deprivation. Depriving yourself is no way to live! I won't get into that today, but simply want to share some seemingly strange food subs that I find amazing and my favorites.
