I put off getting an air fryer for probably over a year...thinking it would just be another "fad" appliance and I would probably never use it. I HATE clutter so I'm picky. But after thinking about it for what seemed like FOREVER curiosity got the best of me and Target put out of a good sale. And I've never looked back! So far it's found its place on the counter and I thought I would share a few tips, tricks and "recipes" I have made so far!
Whether it's working full time outside the home a 9-5, 12 hours nursing shifts that vary, or staying at home with your crazy kids it's HARD to fit in a workout too! Most days especially when our LIFE feels like our workout! Some days DO call for rest, but being active is what keeps you active and the benefits of exercise definitely show itself into all areas of your health: physical, emotional and into your family life as well - and with your crazy schedule it CAN be done! Best part? I cooked once and this meal has already been eaten in two different ways!
