Happy New Year to you all! Tis the week of New Years Resolutions, goal setting and once again searching for some healthy recipes - because we all know "this will be the year" - well this year I really DO want to help YOU (yes you) make that happen!)
To get you started I'm sharing a creative way to use up leftovers are your house - in this case it was roasted sweet potatoes, shredded crockpot chicken and random veggies.
