It's cold out so the need for cold espresso surprises me. Ha!

1 pump SF caramel
three five am mornings of nursing shifts this week and I switched it up and did an experiment. Made a shake (brr!) and drank it on the way to work...this is what I noticed.
1. not reaching for snacks all morning (aka small candy bars)
2. Not starving by lunch at 11
3. Consistent energy all morning
4. More focus.
5. No afternoon crash/slump
6. Made it to 9 pm without a nap
1 scoop vegan vanilla Shakeology
1 T sf ff cheesecake pudding powder
1/2 tsp butter extract (found in the baking aisle)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup unsweetened cashew milk
ice to blend
Flashback to hunting with B in the past - headed back home to his parents this weekend and I'm planning on sitting with him in the stand - Send us all your positive vibes of taking home a big buck!
