Random Eats and a New Focus
I made a TRIPLE batch of the amazeballs to take to work with me this week and they were gone by noon. Us nurses take our snacking seriously. Just saying. Just one of the recipes I share with my clients in my monthly health groups! - Apply here
Any guesses as to what these are above? PURPLE CARROTS! Pretty right? Ever had rainbow carrots?
Still obsessed with this variation of a dessert - half scoop shakeology, non dairy milk, 1 tsp cheesecake pudding mix and ice to blend! Don't forget to top with a fiber one brownie or a shakeology amazeball....or both... (my personal preference)
HANGER and subway to the rescue. Chopped salad with double turkey and all the things - drizzled with chipotle sauce. because its delicious and awesome. Favorite sides? Diet coke and two chocolate chunk cookies :) - What do you get at Subway?
Keeping it simple. Grilled chicken with broccoli (steamed and coconut oil, sea salt and pepper added) and some sauteed butternut squash spirals!
Roasted beets! Not sure I'm sold..but I"ll try anything once! (well most things...) - cut them up and sprayed with cooking spray and seasoned with sea salt, pepper and garlic powder! How do you cook beets? Or do you?
A new focus. Daily mantras is something I'm going to be working on this coming month -
Using NOTECARDS and writing out my goals and dreams like they have already occurred.
Writing down positive affirmations for the day.
Because brain to hand to pen to paper = truth. Speak your truth and make it happen.
Keeping my anxiety at bay is something I'm working really hard at. Your brain is tied to your ENTIRE body! And my mindset GREATLY affects my energy, my digestion and my ability to just feel SANE.
