Our fridge never feels quite complete unless we have these on hand. I caught B digging through the fridge Sunday night...in fact looking for these. Crap we were out...so Monday I got to work! Love grabbing these to satisfy a sweet tooth and you can use whatever mix-ins you have/prefer! Some ideas: m&m's, chocolate chips, broken pretzels, raisins, hemp seeds, flax, leftover candy - get creative!
No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Balls
2 scoops Shakeology (70 grams) - (you can TRY using other supplement powders, but I can't guarantee results!)
1/2 cup whole oats
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
a couple hand fulls of mix ins
Stir it all up! Roll into balls and store in the fridge. You can make the balls whatever size you prefer. I usually get about 30 out of a batch.
