I never used to travel. Like...at all. A trip when growing up was car trip with my mom and my dad. I only recall flying ONCE while growing up and I was three years old. So ... honestly I don't remember! We did make a trip to Disney World when I was in third grade and you guessed it - we drove. THREE days. Long days. Please remember that I grew up in Minnesota. Florida isn't exactly a day trip...
In the past few years I have become much braver - I've been to Nashville, Dallas x 2, Punta Cana, Arizona and now New Orleans - So I'm pretty sure I've traveled more in the past three years than I have in the 20 some years before that! So what has changed...
New Orleans Here I Come
I'm again leaving my comfort zone today as I fly from home down to New Orleans until late Saturday night. Travel still intimidates me at times. I'm flying down there for a coaching conference and once I get there I'll be surrounded with a TON of people that I stay connected to most times daily - but since we live throughout the country we only get to hang out a few times a year!
While there we will get to do a TON of stuff together -
- workout live with some amazing trainers and get sneak peeks at a NEW workout launching THIS week
- explore the city of New Orleans
- team photo shoot!
- stay all together in an Air BNB Rental - um...laughs, sweatpants, brainstorming, pool time.
- HUGE opening event ceremony with announcements - products, growth, ETC
- learning sessions with top coaches and personal development and leadership speakers
I have a feeling although Saturday feels like forever away it's going to fly by.

THIS is the new workout launching - shift shop!
My friend Vicki was in the test group for the program and her results after just one week of the three week program are insane. and she lost MAJOR inches too - I have other pictures I can share of other test group peeps too! And the cool thing? It isn't just a shift in their body I noticed...but a shift in confidence, positive mindset and attitude...and THAT is what really matters!

So although I'm going to miss back home - I already know I'm going to be ok.
I was on the SAME flight as two other coach friends from my home area and it was an awesome surprise..AND our hotels tonight are SUPER close to each other!
I'm on the SAME connecting flight with those two and one of my besties!
Also - someone asked me for advice as to how to read their boarding pass today and what to do....so maybe that means I'm learning?
