Easy Meal Prep Ideas - Dinner Edition
BOWLS. I'm loving bowls lately! Adding veggies, proteins and whatever else of your choosing to a bowl. THESE FAJITA BOWLS are a great example! I made them in the air fryer but you could easily to stove top or in the oven too.
Stir fry is another go to around here. Make a big batch and you will have PLENTY for supper the next night or lunches for the week. You can easily make substitutions in these recipes using whatever you have on hand. Here is an EASY STIR FRY AND FRIED RICE how to.

Cauliflower is still a hot low carbohydrate substitution for anything from rice to pizza crust. Be sure and try my CAULIFLOWER FRIED RICE
Speaking of low sugar. Have you tried zoodles yet? AKA zucchini noodles? HERE is one way I LOVE to incorporate them! Don't knock it til you try it!
Keeping it super basic here is how I do my Perfectly Baked Chicken Breasts because NO ONE has time for dried out chicken (yuck.)

Anyone else LOVE the crockpot? This recipe for Crockpot Meatballs is always a win and you can use any ground meat you prefer.
