I have FINALLY been making an effort lately to actually MAKE some of the millions of recipes I have saved on Pinterest...are you too guilty of saving all these awesome looking things...and then never making them? ha! I'm totally Guilty. As. Charged.
I created these last week for a work brunch and being they are such a quick, easy and family friendly meal and a non meal plan wrecking recipe - I needed to share!

My MK purse was MEESSSYYY so I did a purse clean out - and I know now that I truly AM the snack lady! The nurse/on the go life has me all over the place in my schedule and snack bars have become a go to when hanger strikes and I can't any other "real" food.
What I found in my purse:
dark chocolate pretzel bar thins
Shakeology Cafe Latte
Rx Bar (chocolate sea salt)
Quest Hero (caramel pecan)
Nature Valley bars (chocolate pretzel and cashew sweet and salty)
Oh Yeah ONE bar (blueberry cobbler)
dog treats (yeah...it's true)
